Shalini is a highly experienced and dedicated Practice Manager, with over 20 years of service across both NHS and independent healthcare settings. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice, working closely with the entire team to support continuous improvement and to help the surgery evolve in response to the ever-changing demands of the NHS.

As Practice Manager, Shalini provides strategic and operational leadership, supporting the GP Partners and managing the day-to-day operations of the practice. Her responsibilities encompass workforce management, including recruitment, HR matters, and staff development, as well as oversight of financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

She also leads on patient engagement, coordinating the Patient Participation Group (PPG), managing patient feedback and complaints, and ensuring these are used constructively to inform service development. In addition, Shalini maintains responsibility for the implementation and review of practice policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, and represents the surgery at various locality and commissioning meetings.
